C aro Director, I would like to bring to the attention of an aspect that is rarely discussed after the disastrous flooding caused by atmospheric phenomena defined by institutions such as natural disasters. In the area I live in the houses have no basements and my walking level is well 50 cm higher than that of the public highway.
